Die Drills - Carbide Tipped - 140° Negative Point - For Hardened Steel
List number: 5426
For drilling hardened steel from 35 to 65 rockwell C.  Negative point tools are for higher hardness materials.  140° point tools are for drilling tough & abrasive materials.  In all applications use copious amounts of coolant, use light feed (.001-.002 IPR) with steady pressure, and keep the workpiece clear of chips.  Run at 75-100 SFPM.
